More highway closures across northwestern Ontario as an Alberta Clipper blows through.

The most recent closure is Highway 17 from Leach Road in Dryden to Vermillion Bay.

Highway 11 between Atikokan and Shabaqua Corners is also closed because poor road and weather conditions.

Highway 17 and 11 east of Nipigon are also closed.

Those roads have been shut down since last night due to poor weather conditions.

The Trans-Canada Highway between Thunder Bay and Nipigon remains open.
