Transport truck crash closes Hwy 102 off-ramp exit 9 in Milford

One of the off ramps for Highway 102 is closed in Milford after a transport truck rolled over. It’s Exit 9, the southbound ramp, according to a social media post from the RCMP at about 11 a.m. Police ask people to avoid the area if possible and say drivers should expect delays.
