Apartment Fire Deemed Accidental

An apartment building fire brought firefighters to North McKellar Street. Thunder Bay Fire Rescue arrived around 10:30 this morning to find heavy smoke coming from an apartment on the upper floor. They ordered a second alarm to bring more crews to the scene, but quickly extinguished the flames....
