If you are cruising on HWY 17 between Dryden and Upsala today watch out for some crazy folks.  Rob, Mike, Timo, Gabe and Lyndon are cycling from sea to sea to sea to raise money for Global Aid Network with the Cycling 4 Water Tour.  GAiN is an organization that helps people across the world get clean drinking water for their communities.  Lack of access to clean water and sanitation kills children at a rate equivalent to a jumbo jet crashing every 12 hours. One out of nine people on this planet or 785 million people, are still without access to clean, disease free drinking water. The deaths of 720 children each day can be prevented if they had clean water.  Cycling 4 Water will be in our neck of the woods for the next few days and would love some honks of support and of course donations.  More info can be found here

They will be rolling into Upsala tonight, Thunder Bay tomorrow, just east of Terrace Bay on Friday and Wawa on Saturday.
