We’re just over a month away from Christmas, and I’m sure you’ve watched a Christmas tv special by now.  What’s one of your favourites?

For me, it’s the classic “RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER”

Did you know: Rudolph first appeared in a 1939 booklet, published by the department store Montgomery Ward.  Over the years there’s been a lot of adaptations of the story, but the most famous is 1964’s ‘stop-motion animation tv special’.  The characters introduced in this story have now become a staple during the holiday season:

Burl Ive’s as Sam The Snowman.
Yukon Cornelius
Hermey the Elf
Charlie In The Box and the other misfit toys.
Clarice
Coach Comet

AND….Bumble – the abominable snow monster!

RUDOLPH THE RED NOSED REINDEER! It’s an absolute classic that lives on for generations!
